Bladder prolapse

Anyone had bladder prolapse before? Specifically cystocele?

Yesterday my hormones were going crazy. So me and the hubby fooled around. We were very rough and afterwards i was fine. About when 5-10 minutes past I started to get these really weird pains in my cookie. There was times where I'd just lay and squirm in pain and then it would go away for a little bit. I started to read up on what it could be and cystocele came up. I went and checked myself and it felt like the area between vgay and urethra was in fact bulging a little bit, all the way up to my cervix. So I cleaned up and laid down, but laying on my back gave extreme pain so I had to lay on my side with my hips turned towards the bed. Also wlkung hurts so bad, had to keep my pelvis tilted very far forward just to manage. Looked like a fool.

Ive had 2 kids now and occasionally have incontinence so I think my muscles and stuff are loose.

Any ideas? I feel much better today and only have mild pain.

If you had one, what did the doctor do? Did you haver surgery? If not what was treatment like? I've read up on a few things but wanna know from someone who has had it and not the what ifs and may dos.

*Dont say see a doctor because I already know yo, working on it. Just need advice while I wait*
