IUD Removal

I got kylneena IUD removed December of 2021 . I got it after i had my son who is 2 will be 3 in june , so now its been a year and 1 month since i had it removed, this December 2023 will be 2 years . Im kinda worried if it messed up me being fertile. Not saying I tried to get pregnant but i have been having sex ( unprotected) with my boyfriend and i never had a positive result . So now im getting kinda worried . My period comes on faithful every month . Idk if i should worry or not . But at this point its kinda stressing me out because i wanna know whats wrong .
