Cramps after losing virginity

so I lost my virginity yesterday- literally not even 24 hours ago. I woke up today feeling very sore and having some cramps and aches. is this normal?

also entirely off topic- I’m terrified of pregnancy. I’m on the pill, I take it regularly/at the same time every day, but we didn’t use a condom. He’s my boyfriend, we’re monogamous so we weren’t worried about STDs. But pregnancy is terrifying for me. He did pull out, and he pulled out pretty early in advance. So do i have anything to worry about? I do plan on staying on the pill AND using condoms in the future to eliminate this fear.
