HPV POSITIVE? BF CHEATED? Long term relationship.

Okay so my boyfriend and i have been together for 7 years. We met when we were both 15, I’m his first sexual partner and he’s mine we were both Virgins when we met.

BUT BEFORE WE MET when HE was about 12-13 he got oral sex from some random chick but this was the only other sexual encounter other than me which was before me.

Fast forward I’m 22 years old now and i went in for my VERY first Pap smear. Tested HPV POSITIVE?? Does this mean my boyfriend cheated on me? Im so hurt and don’t understand. Please help it’s been 10 yrs from when he received oral sex from that random chick
