Hi everyone!

I’m currently on nexplanon (arm implant) but it has given me the worst, irregular periods of my life. I’m coming up on my 3 years and I’m debating on getting it reinserted or getting Kyleena instead. I have 3 week long periods right now (21-25 days) and it comes every 3-4 weeks. Whenever I’m late (which I typically am) I bleed ridiculously heavy, get horrible cramps, back pain, hip pain, and makes my migraines worse (I have chronic abdominal migraines). What are the pros and cons of Kyleena? Could people tell me their experiences on it?
