Why haven't we been able to get pregnant?

My fiance and I have been trying for 4 years to concieve but we haven't been pregnant once. I know I have PCOS. I've taken Provera and clomid but still nothing. What are we doing wrong? Can someone give us advice?

If you’ve taken them, I assume you’re under the care of a reproductive endocrinologist. After just 1 year you should’ve gotten all the blood work and analysis done to answer what’s wrong!
When it comes to tracking your cycle, with PCOS you absolutely must track your BBT or you’ll never have any idea when you ovulate!! Good luck🤎
