Hemorrhoids?

I think I just got hemorrhoids for the first time in life. I’m 35 weeks and had to go number 2. I pushed a little hard but nothing out of the ordinary, I’ve had worse times lol and this wasn’t one of them. When I went to wipe I felt a little sore but again this didn’t feel like anything unusual. Just figured I was sensitive after. I sat on my sink to do a quick wash (don’t judge me) and my anus did not feel right. I looked behind me in the mirror and leaned forward to see these big “balls” surrounding my anus. I almost cried, I have never seen anything like this. What do I do?
