Am I being sensitive?

I had my feet like squench up on the chair my sister like your feet look swollen Iol like cankles I said oh my gosh you sound like my grandma. She like you just sensitive. Every pregnant woman gets swollen feet and who wants to be heard they acting like grandma I said only grandma talks about my damn feet and I’ve struggled with swollen feet from the jump due to tendinitis and me having flat feet. So it kinda annoyed me and I told her I don’t like that and she never apologized. I feel that’s the reason why I’m so private over my belly and body because my family says rude stuff that I don’t want them to point out. Then my grandma asked me how much weight have I gained….
