Raspberry leaf tea/red raspberry tea?
Has anyone else wondered if raspberry tea is good/safe for pregnancy like so many articles say it is? I'm trying to figure out what I *can* drink that's yummy and kinda sweet (I used to be a serious soda fiend before getting pregnant). I'm asking a nurse when I go in Tuesday for my first OB appointment, but I was wondering what others had heard.
