Is this unprofessional

I went in for a job interview today. When I got there I filled out the application and the lady came out at the time she’ll interview me. She started whispering to her co worker and then came over to me to get my application. She asked if I have experience I told her I don’t. She said you would need to, didn’t claim that when I applied online then told me she already had someone working there and sent me out.
