I’m using this cream with retinol 1% for 25-30 days. I don’t want to stop breastfeeding though. Ive seen mixed research, some saying the topical doesn’t go into breastmilk or very little . Anyone used this while breastfeeding or pregnant?

You are not supposed to use retinol when breastfeeding or pregnant because it has been proven to enter the bloodstream though the exact affects aren't fully known. 
Unless you're willing to risk it, I would stop using Retinol immediately and toss any frozen breastmilk that was collected while you were using it
