Menstrual Cups after Kids
I haven’t had a period in over three years due to back to back pregnancies with no period in between. But my baby is 11 months so I expect it will return soon and I want to be prepared.
Pre babies I always used a menstrual cup (Diva Cup) and loved it. But I’ve heard you should order a bigger size after vaginal deliveries.
