Body recomposition

I want to lose belly fat, and build my glutes, and strengthen my abdomen, leg and arm muscles. So I’m trying to tone I guess. I started in December I was 140lbs now I’m 150lbs 5’5”. I lift weights and do resistance 4 times a week and then rest two days. When I do cardio I eat Normal, lifting days protein shakes and rest days I try to fast or eat very little bit. Does this routine sound promising? I had a baby almost 4 years ago I want to feel like I’m in shape nd maybe even look better before I had a baby I was 120lbs before my baby. My only concern is my stomach, but I want to build up some strength.
