I need some women to help with positive affirmations support advice basically sisters

I used to do aerobics and run at a park every day and I had a gym membership would go every weekend and I was a healthy weight but I went through a break up and I felt like I wasn't good enough like he left me and it destroyed me I asked myself why wasn't I good enough and I would eat anytime my heart hurt I would eat.

I'm obese I haven't gone to a gym in years, I don't go running or jogging I don't know where to begin on what foods to eat what meals I don't know what exercises to do if the gym is better or if at home exercises are better to begin with but not sure where to set up the exercise area
