Would you be creeped out

I noticed when I was out at a restaurant a few nights ago right when I walked in to the time I left there was this guy there that would stop what he’s doing and stare at me and wouldn’t stop until I left, even his coworker started laughing and asked what are you doing and he even walked to the window to look out it and watch me get into my car and drive off. It also happened again at another resturant and this man had about 4 kids with him which I would assume were his children. I recently changed my hair so I thought that could be it or is it something else? It creeps me out especially since they look to be in their 30’s or older.
