Breast milk and antibiotics

So I have mastitis and I’m getting breast feeding safe antibiotics. When I pump the non infected side I noticed a few times when I was pouring the milk into a bag that like a jelly like substance flopped into the bag which totally grossed me out. The color looks normal and I would have not noticed otherwise until I poured it.

Could this be from the antibiotics? Has this happened to anyone else?
