TRYING TO CONCIEVE HELPP💕

so I’m a bit confused ! I’m trying to conceive … my period ends today , so when would I start ovulation testing ? & what’s the best time of the day to test ? Is it necessary to test twice a day? …. how long does ovulation last ? 😭 & how much should I have sex ??? A POSITIVE OVULATION line means both lines are dark , right? that day I for sure should have intercourse , right ? sorry I have so many questions .. this will be my first baby ! me & hubby are also taking ashwaghanda pills so I’m hoping it works ! I don’t go based off the apps because my cycle isn’t always the same so I’m going with the ovulation strips
