How far Along would you all guess I am?

Okay so I took a pregnancy test (4x) on the 19th of February and it was all positive. I had one taken at the end of January at the doctor and it was negative. I did not have a period 19-21 but that’s when I was suppose to. 
The hearts on the days is when I did the deed😅 what do you all think?

What day in January was the negative test? And how many days is a normal cycle for you? Bonus points if you know how many days are usually between ovulation and first day of your period!

When was your last period?? I had taken a pregnancy test august 15th-21st 2022 at home and then went to the doctors 23rd had three positive test was so confused because I had just had negative test the test were light so they told me I was only twos along which was weird because I had only one period since my daughter was born(may 2nd) which was June 30th-3rd I was 8weeks based off blood test. Sadly I miscarried but to you I would get blood drawn. But when was your last period
