I’ll be traveling 20 minutes one way, and it’ll probably take about 3-4 hours to clean this place. I was thinking $180 since I am just venturing out. I don’t want to low ball myself but I also don’t want to charge too much. Most places around here charge way more than that, but they are established businesses, or individuals with returning and regular clientele! Thanks so much! I live in a more rural area.
