What to do when therapy isn’t working ?

I’ve dealt with depression, anxiety and dissociation for as long as I can remember. I think about ending my life all day every day. I’ve done cbt and then got recommended to EMDR since they felt like that would help me more. However now the EMDR therapist is also agreeing with me that I’m not seeing progress anywhere with emdr too. I’ve also seen a social worker and done a lot of work (for years) on lifestyle, diet, etc. I’ve experienced a bit of chronic trauma but nothing majorly severe. I feel incredibly stuck idk if anyone has suggestions or advice because I’ve been trying for many years and I keep get referred over and over again.
