Loss of symptoms at 8 weeks

Hi all. I'm 8w 3d, last year I had a missed miscarriage which really affected me, well I seem to of lost all my symptoms, probably for the last 3 days now, i don't feel sick at all anymore and my boobs no longer hurt, I literally don't feel pregnant if that makes sense. We had a scan 6 days ago and heartbeat seemed fine but we can't have another scan until I'm 12 weeks now. It's really worrying me that history is repeating itself. Has anyone lost symptoms
