Veins in my vagina area don’t look normal.

Today I noticed when looking at my vagina that my veins were really dark and noticeable. The inner part between my lips are also kinda red and sore. Haven’t had sex recently and am not pregnant. I’ve been getting these fluid filled painless bulbs on my outer vagina lips for a few months that kind of coke and go. Figured they were just from shaving. Been with my husband for 6 years and was tested for any stds when I was pregnant with my last baby. Any thoughts? I also noticed a very small lump in my boob when I was having pain in my breast yesterday. Might be over thinking it but it seems weird. I’m only 27 but plan on talking to my gyno when I can get in next.
