Light/missed period

Hey guys need some advice please.

I was due on my period 2 days ago, and it did arrive smack bang on that date. However it was really really light pink bleeding which to be honest I could have gotten away without using any sanitary products.

Today I have had literally no bleeding. I should be on my period and I have cramps and sore breasts but no bleeding.

I have taken a test today and it was negative.

What could be causing this, could I be pregnant?

Any advice would be appreciated ☺️
