Anyone know much about blood transfusions?

My nan had a blood transfusion due to her haemoglobin levels being 70.. 
She had 2 litres of blood, they did a blood test not long after and the results came back 90 for her haemoglobin levels.
Does this sound right? Shouldn't they be a lot higher or?

They still seem a little low…they should be 121-151 g/L

After a blood transfusion, I can take a minimum of 24 hours for levels to reach equilibrium. Sometimes it can be a little bit longer, especially in aged people. This is if they have stopped the bleeding. If she is still actively bleeding, this is going to be harder.
I would express your concerns to the doctor and see what the plan is and what they say.
