Bra fit help??

Hey ladies, hoping to get some help here. I’m so lost. I’ve been wearing sports bras forEVER since my first was born 5 years ago. Pre-babies I was a 32DD. Now that my second baby is 18 months and nursing a little less, I wanted to get some regular bras. I’ve done all the measuring and online fit calculators, came up with 32D. I bought a 32D aaaaand it didn’t even cover my nipples 😑 so I took that back and got measured at VS. they told me 34D and it seemed to fit decently enough when I tried it on. Now wearing it regularly, I know it doesn’t fit right. My boobs fall out of the cups when I bend over, and the underwire cuts into my ribs like nobody’s business. It is actually painful to wear at this point. So I’m lost! I have previously tried on some 32DD but the band felt too small currently. I haven’t found any 34DD in store to try on. I’ve been to VS, target and Walmart. We also have a TJ maxx but that’s really hit or miss (super rural country living). Does anyone have any accurate resources? I’ve measured myself upwards of ten times and consistently get 32D but a 32D (I’ve tried all sorts of styles) doesn’t fit right and is definitively too small. A 32DD felt too tight.

I’m so lost lol. If anyone can point me to any resources or tell me where to go for a good measurement that would be amazing! Thank you!
