This popped up out of nowhere probably a week or two ago. I’m 5 months postpartum (idk if that has anything to do with it). I’ve not come into contact with anything new that I know of. It doesn’t bother me much, itches in some spots. But I don’t know what it is and I cannot get into my doctor right now… should I go to an urgent care or just wait? I have anxiety so bad… I feel like it’s spreading or getting worse too, like there weren’t always so many spots.
