False Positive??

Girls please help me I am freaking out. What are the chances this is a false positive? I took this test 30 mins ago and within literally seconds there was a positive line. Today I’m due for my period and last few days I’ve been getting really sharp pains in my uterus. I am getting married in exactly one year from today. If I am pregnant I am assuming I’m only two weeks because I did have a period last month I think it’s odd it was positive within seconds. I am so scared, I’ve used every precaution for this not to happen. The condom broke which has never happened and I even took the morning after pill the next day for the first time also to be sure. Going to take another test soon, preying the first was just a false positive? I’m also getting numbness in my legs the last few days and feeling dizzy.
