AITA? 21 weeks pregnant and toddler get chicken pox

My daughter was off nursery for 2 weeks because of a bug and hasn’t really seen anyone in that time, at the weekend my partner said he wanted us all to go to a family party last minute and I said no because the kids that are there had chicken pox recently and I don’t want be around it.

(I’ve got a messed up immune system and have had chicken pox 4 times and shingles 2 times, I get it really bad.)

Yesterday my toddler woke up COVERED in spots, they are everywhere! In her mouth, up her nose, in her ears and all over her privates.

I’ve been getting up in the night with her so I’m shattered and all day she is glued to me, last night she wouldn’t go to sleep and I asked my partner to go read her a story. His response was “I’ve just got back from work, I don’t think it’s really fair”, I saw red and snapped telling him I’ve already had 2 weeks of her having a bug and doing most of it on my own, I shouldn’t have to do all of this on my own especially when it was his decision for us all to ho to the party.

Of course this started a big argument.

I look after the house, have dinner on the table when he get home, run my own small business on the 2 days when toddler is at nursery and then on the weekends and also am 21 weeks into a difficult pregnancy.

He told me that since I don’t go to a job that I shouldn’t have any problem doing all this while having a sick toddler.

AITA for kicking off and being angry at what he said?
