Does intermittent fasting work in a healthy diet?
I’m trying to lose 15 pounds by April. I’m working out in the morning walking in the afternoon and going to the gym at night. Here’s what I eat in a day right now.
Breakfast: Peanut butter and chia seeds on whole grain toast half a grape fruit and green tea.
Lunch: a salad with spring mix mini cucumber, grape tomatoes, bell pepper, sun flower seeds, olives, onion, and salad dressing, a cup of green tea
Dinner: scrambled eggs or egg salad, a cup of green tea
Im drinking about 96 oz a day
I haven’t tried intermittent fasting yet but am wondering if that will help me lose weight a little faster?
