Is this weird

So today I was talking to a friend, we both have daughters, my daughter is a toddler now (1 years old). She outgrew her bath pan and she can walk and stand on her own. Anyways some days I take showers with her (kill two birds with one stone) and other days she get her shower alone. Talking to my friend I mentioned it and she found it weird (her daughter is younger than mine) I don’t see how so I also mentioned that her dad has given her a bath with him before.

(Backstory: my daughter had diarrhea and it got everywhere! and he was already in the shower so I asked him to wash her off and I took her out)

She said that we’re exposing our child at a young age and that it’s just wrong. I really don’t see how, it’s not random man that’s her dad, I pushed her out so what’s the issue. Am I wrong or is she wrong. This been a debate all day
