Implantation or early period?

AF is due in a week. I’m 9dpo. Is this implantation possibly? We have been Ttc for 4 years and this is the first time I’ve seen brown stuff when I wipe. I took a test but it was negative. I’m going to retest in a few days if AF doesn’t show.

Unfortunately, this very likely is not IB. 
IB is quite rare, has very little medical / scientific support, and so godly overhyped in this app and the general internet. 
IF one were to experience IB, it’s typically very light pink and consists of stringy discharge. 
Brown blood is a sign of old blood — just the body doing it’s thang by recycling it all out. Totally normal! Annoying at times but normal otherwise.

I had this same implantation bleeding with my two pregnancies. Everyone is different. I spotted for three days and that’s it. I have 2 healthy children 💕 thanks to the Lord Jesus! … so yes, it could be it. I had mine 11 dpo in my 2nd pregnancy .
