6w4d no heartbeat

I was at peak fertility day 15 of cycle (digital advance opk kit). I went to the doctor and he said there’s no heartbeat yet and it could be I ovulated late. Advanced digital opk showed I was high fertility before day 15 when I was at peak fertility. Should I be concerned? I don’t think I ovulated late if I had peak fertility day 15.
