Backpain
Hey guys so I’ve been experiencing some really bad back pain for a couple days now. I have seen a doctor and they said just take some over the counter pain meds. Does anyone have any advice though? There are times throughout the day it gets to a point of pain where I can’t carry my daughter. Thankfully my partner has stepped in a lot. Any advice or remedies for the pain will be greatly appreciated. If it helps it’s in my mid to low back.
