Different cramping

Hi all,

I am currently 7dpo and I haven’t been looking for symptoms this cycle at all just trying to get past the 2 week wait as quickly as possible but today was strange. I woke up hungry in the morning which for me is sooo weird as In all my 24 years of livin I would always feel sick and can’t eat in the morning it’s how I’ve always been 🤔 then later today I got these cramps that were going into my lower back, they were like I had just gotten my period and I had to keep going the bathroom to check I was so confused, they lasted me a while I had to take some painkillers ,anyone experience these this early or could this be something else going on? Thanks
