Anxiety !!
Anyone got tip in how to calm the fu*ck down with the little growing potential baby in our bodies. I’m flat out working freaking out stressing I’m moody snapping at my kids emotional I’m just a ball of worry and stress that this pregnancy will be another unsuccessful one and I’m only 5 weeks !!!! Im over analysing everything symptoms twinges etc. it’s all consuming. Did anyone do anything to distract. Any recommendations in podcasts or books maybe !!?? All advice appreciated 🙃
