Pineapple core and brazil nuts- TTC

With my first, I did the pineapple core and brazil nuts thing and fell pregnant immediately

This time, i haven’t done it as I didn’t think it was the reason for my pregnancy but it is taking longer

Has anyone else eaten it and fallen pregnant? Did this actually help me fall pregnant?
