Manual labor job moms?
I am headed back to work as a material handler next week after being out for 8 weeks for surgery. I managed to get pregnant after over a year of trying while I have been out and now I am terrified of going back to work. I pull steel parts all day and move carts around. I am 7 weeks on Monday and am constantly exhausted and nauseous as is. I get super dizzy just walking around the grocery store. And that’s not even my foot pain from surgery. I feel like I am going to go back and completely fail at my job. Any tips or suggestions from moms who work in factories or manufacturing/ manual labor jobs? How did you deal with first tri stuff at work?
