NIPT test

Hoping for any answers but if someone here is an ultrasound tech, that’d be great…

I had my first ultrasound this pregnancy at 10w5d, but baby measured 4.5 cm (11w2d). I’m not getting my NIPT test for another week and a half (I asked for it, no one told me I had to), but what I’m wondering is… if the ultrasound tech noticed a thickened Nuchal translucency on my first ultrasound, would she have made note of it? Or do they just not look at that unless it’s the specific ultrasound for it?
