Induction labor Experience?

Hi ladies! 💗
I’m currently 37 weeks & 4 days, today I’ve been going through the induction process due to gestation hypertension. I’ve been given 3 rounds of the cytotec induction meds and also a balloon inserted vaginally to dilate me to 4cm to get into active labor. 
I was wondering how long did it take for some of you ladies who’ve experienced induction to get into active labor? I know everyone is different but I’d love to hear everyone’s stories!😊 hoping my boy doesn’t take too long to come out !

i was induced at 41 weeks. showed up at the hospital around 4am and baby didn't come until 10pm.

Hi I was also diagnosed with gestational hypertension and induced at 37 weeks . It took me 3 days to fully get dilated and effaced and I had my baby 20 minutes after that . but am sure it’s different for everyone. Good luck mama you got this. You will be just fine.

I got to the hospital at 8pm, in a room at 9pm, foley balloon and pitocin started at 10pm, water broke manually at 1230am, and holding my baby at 340am.

Took 3 days and got an infection because of it that could’ve affected my baby. I only could dilate 6 and my body didn’t progress so I chose c section to try to protect him from getting sick.

My first induction took 37.5 hours, my second took 23 hours. With my second I went from 5cm to crowning in 35 minutes 😬. With both I only had to push 3 times. Good luck!

I was induced at 37 weeks with gestations hypertension also. 
After2 rounds if cyto I was 2-3cm. I didn’t progress much after that and was having contractions every 2 mins for hours. I finally let them give me an epidural 6 hours later but still didn’t progress. 
Broke my water at the 11 hour mark and was 4-5 cm. 2 hours later he was born.
