Am I overreacting

I live with my parents right now, I move out next month in the beginning. Well there is some guy that works for my moms boyfriend here and he uses my shower. I don’t mind that much but I realized he started using my 74 dollar shampoo and conditioner I bought. It’s 74 dollars like I bought it bc my hair was super dead and only thing that’s keeping it alive. Well I went to go use it today since I’ve been gone for a week, staying at my boyfriends it’s all gone. Like it’s all gone. When there was half of it left when I left my house. He literally pees on the seat doesn’t clean it up leaves trash in my bathroom all over my shower super dirty with hair all over and everything and stole my razors that are 16. It’s the fact I spend my own money on that and he’s taking and using all my stuff. I’m honestly pretty mad. He’s homeless since he got caught doing drugs and lost his place which that’s his fault he was doing drugs. My mom said I was overreacting and that I need to be nice but she didn’t buy it.
