Speech delay guilt

My daughter is 2 (25months ) and she has a minor speech delay can barley say 60 words and can’t say small sentences yet.. also can’t say yes or no we have her waiting for speech therapy but with our insurance it’s a 3-4m wait no guaranteed could be longer and we move in sept so we’d have to start up the whole process again.. I just feel so helpless to my daughter right now.. we try to do “ speech therapy” at home and watch miss Rachel to help with words and are reading lots to her and have cut down on her screen time too..

I know never to compare kids to other kids but seeing kids younger then her be able to say the sentences and explain what they want makes me feel so sad and like I did something wrong…

I know it’s normal for early 2s not to talk a lot but I just feel like I failed my kid…
