Hi I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Been having cramps my entire pregnancy. Especially sore and crampy tonight. My scan showed blood around my pregnancy and 5 minutes ago I wiped this after a pee. pls someone reply asap i've never been through neither experience

As long as it’s not bright red and more than a panty liner full I’d say your in the safe zone

I would say that’s just some discharge. Unless you bleed I wouldn’t think it’s a miscarriage. And even if you bleed it doesn’t mean a miscarriage this early in your pregnancy.
