Pregnancy after c section, anyone else experience this? Read post

With my first baby I had a c section in 2021, got pregnant again at 15 months postpartum but had a miscarriage, I’m now pregnant again 2 years postpartum so this is technically my 3rd pregnancy. I’m still only in the first trimester but around my c section scar and my bladder just feels so heavy and “achy” all the time. Like it feels like “tugging” in my pelvic area and it’s pretty uncomfortable at times. I do have nerve damage around my scar so I’m not sure if that’s playing a part in it, but should I mention it to my doctor or did anyone else experience this and everything be okay?
