Bright red spots!

Im 4 weeks at 200 hcg at 3 weeks 6 days Just now with sudden cramping and two small bright red wipes. Im now laying on the couch praying. I had a 5 week loss in January. My positive home test started at 9 dpo and at 11 days dpo 25 hcg. I had two brown spot wipes on 7 and 8 dpo.

My numbers have been great, and my symptoms are very strong. Im very nauseous and sensitive. My lines are darker each day, including today.

I just found out the 200 hcg today (taken yesterday) and then to now have some cramps and bright red spot or two, Im trying not to cry! We have been trying for baby number 2 for a long time and just couldn’t stand a 3rd or 4th early loss. Our boy is 2 years old.

Has this happened to anyone and had a great pregnancy? Im also 42.
