Okay question about wrapping dish cloths

So I’ve recently been trying to get my small business going a bit more, and I just recently started an Etsy shop. I make jewelry and sell them but I have been wanting to also sell dish cloths. I’ve seen so many online that have this strip of brown paper and a logo on it. I don’t need/want the logo part, I have a custom stamp I will use for that, but where do I get the paper and can you buy it in a roll? I love the look of this and would use it for many different things which is why I’d love to have it in a roll so I can change the length myself. Can you buy this paper in a 3” (or so) roll? If so what is it called? No matter what I search the only thing that comes up is brown craft tape, and it’s actually tape which I don’t want. Can you buy this in a 3” or so roll or do you have to buy the large 18” or more roll and cut out your strips?
