Infection on scar

This is my 4th day on antibiotics and my caesarean scar is still leaking onto my gauzes? It’s not as green as it was before I’ve posted a picture! I noticed as well where that came from the area is like this?

I’m ringing my doctor today as I need to find out what type of infection it is so I will also mention this but I was wondering if anyone else had this while on antibiotics? I’ve had this since 6th March as well due to doctors messing me about.
