Period at only 2 weeks PP?

Hi all! I am 2 weeks PP from a vaginal delivery. My baby had a terminal diagnosis and unfortunately passed shortly after delivery. I have been making sure my milk is going away and taking it easy while I recover. I had barely any bleeding/spotting the last 2 days and suddenly today I am having a period like feeling along with increased red bleeding. I feel fine otherwise. I am freaking out because Google likes to say things about a hemorrhage but I don’t have any of those symptoms. To me it really feels like my period. Is it even possible this could be it so soon?!
