How many c sections?

How many c sections has everyone had? How far apart? How many kids do you have? I have 3. I want 6 kids.

I have 5 kids all born via c-section and I am due with my 6th which will be a c-section as well. My doctor has advised me of the risks but she didn’t refuse to do the c-section.

Why ask when you don't like the answers? You know, your mother in law is the exception not the rule. You don't have to be so nasty in your responses just because someone disagrees with you. Most countries around the world only do c sections if it's an absolute necessity, FOR A REASON. The uterus is cut open again and again and with additional pregnancies and csections that scar tissue is spread that much thinner. It's very risky, but hey, you don't care about anyone but yourself, as you've stated. I was in labor for 5 days and wasn't dilating past 4 1/2, turned out the babys cord was wrapped around their hand and I NEEDED to have a csection.  I highly doubt your Dr told you to wait only 12 months and then get pregnant again with the anticipation of having another c section just "cause". No respectable Dr would condone such risks when you can just have the baby naturally, without all the health risks, because you are able to do that. Not all births are the same, in fact they rarely are, it most likely won't take you 4 days all 6 times of giving birth.

The more csections you have the far worse your uterus is. Thinning of the uterus gets worse with each pregnancy/surgery. My own OB will not do more than 3 csections on any patient. There are serious serious risks after 3 csections. Uterine rupture is one of them because of the thinning 
Again, this is a thing of take care of yourself and your health.

I’ve had 3 and will be having my 4 th this June. 1 at one was with my first child due to failure to progress it was a traumatic experience. 2 nd one was 2 years later, and 3rd one 4 year later. This 4 th one is 3 years later. They are glad that we waited so long between pregnancies, but after 3 you are considered more of a high risk due to the incision site being weakened. They recommend only 3 c-sections because as your pregnancy progresses that scar stretches and thins. You would probably have a few more ultrasounds to keep an eye on your incision. I am done after this one. I would talk to your doctor more about it and the risks involved.

My c section was horrible pain wise I couldn’t move because using my stomach muscles hurt like a bitch and don’t you dare sneeze or cough because it feels like you just ripped your scar back open also I urinated on myself alot in the hospital because I couldn’t get out the bed fast enough to make it to the bathroom due to once again Ot hurt so bad to use my stomach muscles to get out the bed I had to walk like a hunch back for 3 months afterwards my fiancé had to help me in and out the shower and I had to sleep sitting up for weeks which is uncomfortable and I’ll have to get another c section this pregnancy I’m currently 7 weeks pregnant 2 years after having my first son but I do have to say it’s all worth it 💕
