anyone had a 2nd almost 3rd degree tear and had a hard time going to do number 2? I just don’t have the urge to go and the doctor told me not to strain or I can pop the stitches and have further complications down the line. i’m 3 days pp and have not went to poop yet and terrified that i’ll be constipated. all I feel is pressure where my stitches are and i’m scared to go. i’ve been taking stool softeners as prescribed and drinking tons of water to keep it soft also apple juice and eating plenty of fruits. i’ve just been passing gas that’s about it..
