Thoughts on age gap?

I have been talking to this guy for a couple of weeks I’m 22 and he’s 30, he is a very sweet man, always makes sure that I’m good, he’s a gentleman very handsome, takes me on nice dates, has a good career and eventually wants to work as partners to have our own business together, he never lets me pay for anything, recently just bought a house 5 minutes away from me, just a bunch of green flags to be honest, and we get along so well :) plus we already did the dirty and he’s NOT pulling away like some men do, I don’t know is 8 years that big of a deal? I heard scientifically men don’t grow up until late 20’s so he’s perfectly mature from what it seems like, should I become his girlfriend eventually or no? just to clarify I’ve never been the girl to play games I’ve always wanted a husband and a good family non of that player cheating stuff so I’m ready to commit, I’m entering real estate soon and just got a job bartending so I should be straight on my career too, just wanted thoughts and opinions :)
